i get really depressed sometimes. more often than i admit. soemtimes it only lasts a couple hours. but often it just spirals down for weeks or more. sometimes it lets up for a while then all the sudden i plummet. theres no reason for any of it really. i dunno. i should be sleeping. i have to be up at 11.
